E-Learning “Knowledge Sharing for Development”
FAO and its partners just announced the release of the IMARK e-learning module entitled “Knowledge Sharing for Development” available, free of charge, online and on CD through www.imarkgroup.org.
The module describes the benefits and opportunities offered by Knowledge Sharing to improve collaboration, and provides organizations and communities with the necessary tools and methodologies to develop their knowledge capacities, and enable them to work more effectively.
It is aimed at staff working in a wide range of organizations including international organizations, donor agencies, multilaterals, NGOs, research institutes, national governments, regional organizations, and indigenous NGOs.
The total curriculum consists of 36 lessons, ranging from approximately 15 to 120 minutes duration, grouped into eight units, for a total of about 30 hours of self-paced instruction. Further information is available here.
