Community of Practice for Graphic Facilitation
Welcome to our community of practice. This is a place where we would like to invite everyone to join us who shares our interest in Knowledge Management and Graphic Facilitation.
We see it as our job and mandate to explore innovative knowledge processes. Blessed with the acquaintances of the fabulous Nancy White from Full Circle Associates we don’t only know the true promise of an expert in graphic facilitation who supports us with words and deeds but also connects us to European practitioners. This brings in another wonderful source of inspiration: Ole Qvist-Sørensen and Stine Arensbach Szlavik. Ole and Stine ARE Bigger Picture – a visual learning company. We had our first training with them in May 2009. Ever since then we are hooked on the power of graphics.
Just recently we started to work with a graphic tablet. This opened a whole new world for us that we are still discovering with big open eyes.
Whether with the graphic tablet or on paper, compared to some of the graphic champions, we are still newbies. This is where you come into play! If you live your life true to the motto Pen is King come and join us in this community of practice. Together with you we would love to create a place where we can share our knowledge and ideas on graphic facilitation together with you!
We collected photos of some of the templates we created and created a little gallery here on the Learning Hub blog. Each of the photo entails a short description on:
- the occasion – for which event did we create this template?
- the purpose – what was the overall goal of the workshop or the activity?
- the application- how did we use the template?
Please feel free to take a walk through our gallery and leave your comments and questions!
